Website inquiries do not create an order. Quotes, schedules, and availability may change until confirmed in writing. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, you remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and suitability of any files, models, specifications, tolerances, performance requirements, labeling, regulatory assumptions, and end-use constraints you provide.
Prototype and custom-manufactured parts should be independently tested and validated by the customer before deployment in any operational, regulated, safety-critical, or mission-critical environment. Builders Generation is not responsible for field performance arising from customer-supplied designs, undisclosed use conditions, or uses that were not expressly approved in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We will use reasonable care with materials submitted through the site, but site submissions alone do not create a nondisclosure agreement. If you need formal confidentiality commitments, do not submit highly sensitive information until an appropriate written agreement is in place.
7. Intellectual Property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, branding, code, layout, and original materials, are owned by Builders Generation or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
